CashNest
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using CashNest (“the App”), developed and published by MUHAMMAD YASIN (the “Developer”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is
CashNest is a personal finance tracking tool that stores information locally on your device. It is provided for personal, non-commercial record-keeping. It is not a bank, payment processor, investment advisor, tax advisor, or accounting firm.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and capable of managing your own financial records. You are responsible for complying with local laws when using the App.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your device secure and protect any PIN, biometric unlock, or backup passwords you configure.
- Enter accurate information if you rely on the App for personal tracking.
- Maintain your own backups. Device loss, reset, or uninstall can erase local data.
- Do not reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the App beyond what applicable law allows.
5. No financial advice
Totals, budgets, statistics, and goals are informational only. They may contain errors or incomplete inputs. Do not treat the App as professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Decisions remain yours.
6. Multi-currency display
The App does not provide live exchange rates. Amounts in different currencies are not automatically converted into a single total. Do not assume unrelated currencies can be added together.
7. Intellectual property
The App’s name, branding, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
8. Third-party platforms
Distribution through Huawei AppGallery (or other stores) is also subject to that platform’s terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, device compatibility limits outside stated requirements, or store billing policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of CashNest are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the App. Your sole remedy may be to stop using the App.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop distributing updates or versions of the App. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
